The Grove Church wellness ministry is sponsoring a Nutrition for Life event on Saturday, March 22nd, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the FLC gym. Board-certified nutritionist Dr. Karen Brace will be the featured speaker. Two Grove members will also give testimonials on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle based on proper nutrition. Various vendors will also have food items to sell and will provide great ideas to help people make better dietary choices. This event is FREE and open to the public. See you there!
